East African leaders laid cornerstone for Adwa Pan-African University

A cornerstone was laid for Building of the Adwa Pan African University  in the historic north Ethiopian town of Adwa (Tigrai state) yesterday, 23rd April 2017.

adwa-pan-africaThe cornerstone was jointly laid by H. E Prime minister Hailemariam Desalegn and his Ugandan President Yuweri Museveni. The cornerstone laying ceremony was also attended by many African leaders including Nigerian, South African, Malawian, Liberian, and Burundian former presidents,  current Vise president of Botswana, Puntland administration presidents and other dignitaries from other African nations.
Ethiopian government officials, Tigrai state officials, religious leaders representatives of the public were also present.
