Ethiopian Ministry of Education (MoE) has cancelled the nation-wide exam

Addis Ababa, May 30, 2016 (HahuDaily) – The Ministry of Education (MoE) has cancelled the nation-wide exam given to students considering to get into post secondary education. Exams were scheduled to begin today and end Thursday.
The Ministry cancelled the exam after confirming that English exam answers for grade 12 were stolen.

The Ministry offered apology for the students and their families as this is going to be a hot issue for the entire country. The National Exam which is given to grade 10 students to advance for university prep and then to grade 12 students to determine which post secondary education they can attend is a highly anticipated annual exam. Students and parents work very hard towards this final and determining exam all year. There will be millions of students affected across the entire country.
