Job Description
Under the supervision of Manager- Support Services Division the incumbent plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises office management services including cleaning and janitorial services, staff uniform provisions and proper usage; follows-up overall office designs and set-ups; manage mailing service; supervises staff cafeteria services and coordinates social and other events to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Position Requirements

BA degree/Diploma in Management/Secretarial Science & Office Management or related and Two/Four years of related experience
