Job Description

Job Summary :
Responsible for design and development of international standard pastries and desserts and training the team on the production. Responsible for the planning, supervising, conducting and monitoring of the daily preparation, production, and/ or plating of meals according to customers’ specifications and AIC standards. Assists the entire main kitchen team in the operation of the section and implements the instruction of the Pastry Chef.

Skills/Qualification :
Education
Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation
Experience :
5 years relevant supervisory experience in Food Industry
Skills:
• Professional command in English (verbal and written)
• Fully conversant with HACCP principles
• Able to manage customer demand within short notice
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer proficient
• Very good supervisory skills
• Highly Motivated
